A tricky position...

Good day chess lovers. Today I present a position which occured in one of my friend's game. Who is better and why?

It is White to move. White is ahead in material but I thought Black was winning. Black has two threats, namely qxa1# and bxf2 discovered attack on White's queen. How does White get out of both threats? Bd6+ is the answer. Exchanging bishops and recapturing WITH CHECK, therefor White will safe his rook on the next move. If Black doesn't exchange bishops, White will grab the rook on c8 with check and black will quickly get checkmated.

Very interesting position . . . stay tuned for more .
